"Superb"
The staff were most welcoming and on our departure even escorted us to the ferry to catch our flight. Location, central yet tranquil with easy access to key attractions. Room was breathtaking and sooooo comfortable. This hotel is a hidden gem.

Charming hotel perfectly positioned in Venice. Rooms could use some polishing up but that really doesn't even matter when you're in Venice. Location is important and this hotel is perfectly positioned. Also it has an extremely authentic and charming vibe to it, including the garden and restaurant.

Location near centre of Venice and near water bus. Very clean and comfortable. Got upgraded to lovely modern but still characterful room. Breakfast fresh and good cappuccino. Staff helpful and friendly.

We loved the location as it was easy to find after a day of wandering (this was no small thing in Venice). The room was very pretty and the bathroom large. The fridge was great to keep the water cool to take with us each day.

How wonderful the staff was. My AC wasn't working so they called a technician over and he fixed it right away. I was very impressed with the level of service considering the fact that all the other rooms were sold out.
